Willard Brook

Willard Brook is a State Forest located in Ashby and Townsend. It offers a wide variety of activities including camping , swimming, walking, hiking, birding, fishing, horseback riding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing.

The Ashby Land Trust was involved with efforts by the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) to secure parcels in Ashby and Townsend that abut Willard Brook State Forest and Pearl Hill State Park. Both parcels were officially purchased in the summer of 2006 with help from the Land Trust.
