- Founded: February 1998
- Incorporated: May 1999
- First conservation restriction: December 1999 (3 acres)
- Second CR May 2000 (12 acres); Assisted with 210-acre State purchase
- Third conservation restriction: May 2001 (170 acres)
- Jointly purchased Mount Watatic: July 2002 (280 acres)
- Granted permanent status as charitable organization: November 2003
- Fourth conservation restriction: December 2003 (15 acres)
- Reached Campaign for Watatic fundraising goal: January 2004
- Assisted with two State (DFW) purchases totaling 240 acres: 2004
- Assisted DCR with Joseph property: 2006 (118 acres)
- Assisted with private conservation efforts: 2007 (140 acres)
- Assisted DCR with 2 small additions to Willard Brook: 2009 (2 acres)
- Forest Legacy Phase I land conserved: 2010 (70 acres)
- Forest Legacy Phase II: 2011 (265 acres)
- Founding Treasurer Christopher Nash retires after 13 years’ service - 2011
- Received grant to fund preparation for national accreditation application - 2012
- Submitted application for accreditation through the Land Trust Alliance Accreditation Commission - 2014
- Became a nationally accredited land trust – one of very few all-volunteer fully accredited land trusts - 2015
- Helped preserve 600 acres of land through the Federal Forest Legacy program, in partnership with Nashua River Watershed Association - 2016
- First annual rubber Duck Derby held - 2016
- Received donation of 5.5 acres of wetland - 2018
- Completed 5th Conservation Restriction, 35 acres of forest and streams - 2019
- Applied for and received 5-year national Accreditation Renewal - 2020
- Began assisting another round of Federal Forest Legacy preservation application - 2021
